Third visit: Came at a good time - no line and got a table for 4 wi the out a wait. Food was enjoyed again. Second visit: Came here a few years ago on a visit to Chicago, and our children said it was the best Shake Shack ever. We came on this trip and again the food was really great. Very friendly service, too.

The food was good. Usual Shake Shack good. The restaurant is in an old building so it was neat to see the old tiles on the floor and hardwood accents.

Ordering was a little tricky! The display says enter a number from "below" but there are no numbers "below", just the tap pay square. Luckily a kid suggested grabbing one from the counter and that was fine!

Love shake shack for their gluten free options! This location was quick, clean, and orders were correct. Clean bathrooms. Open late.

Right across the street from millennium park. Plenty to do in the area. The food was great, the milk shakes were cold and refreshing after a hot day out. The place was very busy so be ready to have a bit of a wait, nothing too bad. The burgers were well balanced, didn’t leave us feeling crazy full, so if you’re extra hungry, order two. Bussin!

Easily one of the prettiest locations for a burger spot I’ve ever seen. Worth the trip alone for how cool it is inside. Located across the street from the bean.

This was my second time trying Shake Shack, and the food was just as delicious as the first time! I loved the location. You walk through a stunning lobby with magnificent stained glass windows and spectacular tiling. The restaurant has a bit of an upscale dinner vibe. I would definitely go back just for the atmosphere!

Our family stopped by Shake Shack across from Millennium Park after a long travel day. There was limited seating but we were able to find a cozy table to eat at. This location was extremely busy but we still got our food within 15 minutes. Janelle, the employee delivering food to tables, was so nice and provided us with fantastic service. She was working so hard & we really appreciated her friendliness! We are regulars of Shake Shack back home so the food quality was consistent. We did try the fried pickles & they were delicious (to be expected). For a small & busy location we were highly satisfied with our visit!
